These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in Heidelbells / Kids Play Club classes and use of this website. By registering for a class, you agree to the terms below.

1. Registrations

Registrations are subject to available spaces. After submitting the registration form, we will confirm your spot by email or phone.

2. Class participation

Classes are designed for babies, toddlers, and young children with parent/guardian supervision. Families are expected to follow venue safety guidance and support respectful group behavior.

3. Schedule and changes

We may adjust schedules, instructors, or class format when needed (for example due to illness, venue constraints, or operational reasons). If a material change occurs, we will inform registered families.

4. Payments and cancellations

Payment details, cancellation windows, and any refund handling are communicated directly during enrollment. Please contact us early if you need to cancel or change a booking.

5. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect losses. This does not affect liability that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to my Privacy Policy.
